BeaconPro is operated by Jacob Thomson. We want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains our refund window and how to request one.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid BeaconPro subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on the receipt, or contact us via the in-app support form and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.
After the refund window
After the 30-day window you can cancel your subscription at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We may also consider discretionary refunds outside the window in exceptional circumstances — please contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us or Paddle first. Filing a chargeback before giving us a chance to resolve the issue may delay your refund and result in your account being suspended pending review.
